In June, Jim Wright and Randall Casper, WHMI U.S. Instructors, traveled to Zimbabwe to teach Soteriology and Hermeneutics. Our partners in the rural areas of eastern Zimbabwe share a vision of planting 100 new churches by 2030. Each of these churches will require a trained pastor who can shepherd new Christians and lead their churches to growth.

The training provided by WHMI often serves as the only theological education most of the students will ever receive. Jim shared, “We were impressed by the eagerness of the students to learn and dive into the topics in the breakout sessions. Their hearts are big and their commitment is strong. Randall and I became endeared to these students and admired their dedication to reach the unreached of Zimbabwe.” Please pray for our Zimbabwe brothers and sisters as they multiply theological training across their region.
